Schedule on Friday (Registration/Check-In)

  • Check-In Times:
    • Starting from 10:00 AM (see detailed schedule below).
    • 10:00 AM: Men’s Physique
    • 11:30 AM: Classic Physique
    • 1:00 PM: Men’s Bodybuilding
    • 3:00 PM: Women’s Physique
    • 4:00 PM: Bikini
    • 6:00 PM: Women’s Figure
    • 7:00 PM: End of Registration
  • Note: Athletes should ideally arrive within their check-in time. If this is not possible, later arrivals are allowed (but no later than 7:00 PM). Access to the venue on Friday is only allowed for check-in and tanning (by appointment). Coaches do not need to be present at check-in on Friday – in this case, the athlete will receive the entry wristband for the coach.

Access for Athletes and Coaches (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Spectator Area:
    • Athletes: Access on all event days (Saturday and Sunday) with their competition number, even if they are not competing on that day.
    • Coaches: Access on all days with their entry wristband, regardless of the athlete's competition day.
  • Backstage Access:
    • Athletes: Only on their competition day allowed.
      • Exception: Tanning appointment – access to the backstage area is allowed without a stage appearance.
    • Coaches: Access only on the athlete's competition day.

 

Competition Results and Qualifications

  • Top 5 Placements: Qualification for the DFAC World’s on October 20, 2024, in Erding, Germany.
  • Overall Winners (except BB Juniors): Receive the DFAC Pro Card.

Competition Tan

  • Ban on Smear or Slap Tans: These will lead to disqualification.
  • Tanning Guidelines:
    • Only the official tanning partner ProTan is allowed to provide professional services on-site.
    • No spray tanning equipment allowed.
    • Allowed: Application of tan with rollers or sponges.
    • Tanning appointments must be organized and paid for directly with the service provider. The ANBF accepts no liability.
